What the experience includes

1 Trapizzino Chicken Cacciatore

The filling that symbolizes authentic Roman tradition and the very origin of the Trapizzino. A Sunday dish, perfect for countryside outings and traditional taverns, reinterpreted in street food form by Stefano Callegari. Chicken cacciatore, with its rich and fragrant sauce, embodies the heart of Roman cuisine and represents the soul of the Trapizzino project: reviving and elevating culinary heritage.


 1 Classic Roman Supplì

Prepared according to tradition: Carnaroli rice, a heart of gooey mozzarella, a crunchy coating, and perfect frying. A delicious bite to start the experience.


 3 Glasses of Wine from Lazio

Each selected wine is chosen to accompany and enhance the nuances of the dishes offered. From the fresh and mineral notes of the whites to the more structured and intense reds. The tasting is guided and narrated by our expert staff.
