You will find 5 flavours every day in all Trapizzino premises in Italy and abroad: Pollo alla Cacciatora – Chichen Cacciatore Style -, the first Trapizzino invented by Stefano Callegari; Polpetta al Sugo – Meatball with sauce – loved by adults and children; Parmigiana di Melanzane – Eggplant parmigiana – a vegetarian recipe; Doppia Panna – Double burrata stracciatella and Cantabrian anchovies; Lingua in salsa verde – Tongue in green sauce – the unexpected surprise that has become a great classic.

Every day in the Trapizzino premises, in addition to the 5 classic flavours, you will find 3 special ones. Flavours that vary according to the seasons and much more: historical sauces of the Roman tradition such as Coda alla vaccinara and Roman-style tripe, vegetarian recipes such as pumpkin almonds and pecorino cheese and Roman mixed-leaf salad, seasonal dishes such as chicken with peppers and burrata with zucchini scapece. A surprise in store every day.
